Terms & Conditions
By accessing RAAZ Play and initiating subscription access, you agree to these legal terms:
- Age Eligibility: You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age. All content consists of fictional romantic drama audio self-classified under IT Rules 2021 for mature audiences.
- Introductory Access & Pricing: ₹1 is charged for an introductory 24-hour VIP pass unlocking full-length episodes and premium audio stories.
- Quarterly Renewal: Following the 24-hour introductory pass, your membership renews automatically at ₹299 every 3 months (quarterly) via your authorized UPI AutoPay mandate until paused or revoked.
- Pre-Debit SMS Intimation: Per RBI & NPCI guidelines, your bank or UPI provider delivers an SMS intimation at least 24 hours prior to every recurring renewal debit.
- Personal Non-Commercial Use: Subscriptions grant a personal, non-exclusive license for private listening. Re-recording, unauthorized redistribution, or commercial broadcasting is strictly prohibited.
Privacy Policy & Discreet Billing Guarantee
We respect your privacy, confidentiality, and data sovereignty above all else:
- Discreet Bank Descriptor: Your bank account statement, card statement, and UPI transaction history will display a neutral, generic merchant descriptor (such as
RAAZ-DIGITAL or DIGITAL-SERVICES). No romantic story titles or mature keywords are ever transmitted to banking records.
- Data Protection & Security: We strictly adhere to the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011. Mobile numbers and tokens are encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit AES encryption.
- No Financial Data Storage: All payments are processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (Razorpay / NPCI UPI). We never store your bank account numbers, UPI PIN, or card CVVs on our servers.
- Zero Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data or listening history to third-party ad networks.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We maintain a 100% transparent and customer-first cancellation and refund policy:
- 1-Click Mandate Cancellation: You can cancel or pause your UPI AutoPay mandate at any time directly through your UPI application (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) with zero penalty or exit fees. Steps: Profile → AutoPay / Mandates → Select RAAZ → Cancel Mandate.
- Cancellation via Support: You may also request mandate cancellation by writing to manish@raazplay.online from your linked mobile number, processed within 24 business hours.
- Introductory Pass Fee: The ₹1 first-day fee activates instant digital access and is non-refundable once content streaming has commenced.
- Renewal Charge Refunds: If a quarterly renewal debit (₹299) occurs inadvertently, you may submit a refund request within 7 calendar days of the debit by emailing manish@raazplay.online.
- Refund Processing Timeline: Approved refunds are initiated immediately and credited back to the original source bank / UPI account within 5 to 7 working days, adhering strictly to RBI and payment gateway settlement standards.

- Zero Physical Shipping: No physical goods, CDs, USB drives, or parcels are manufactured or shipped. Consequently, zero shipping fees, couriers, or physical transit times apply.
- Immediate Provisioning: Upon successful transaction authorization, your mobile number is provisioned with instant VIP access within seconds.
- Access Support: If you experience any delay in digital access following payment, contact manish@raazplay.online with your payment reference ID for immediate manual activation.

Q: Why is the first payment ₹1 Today?
₹1 is an introductory 1-Day trial fee that activates your 24-hour VIP access pass and authenticates your UPI app for recurring membership under NPCI & RBI AutoPay guidelines.
Q: How do I cancel the auto-renewal mandate?
You can cancel in 30 seconds directly from your UPI app:
- Open Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm / BHIM.
- Tap your Profile Icon → AutoPay / Mandates.
- Select RAAZ VIP and tap Cancel AutoPay / Remove.
- Confirm with your UPI PIN. The mandate is immediately revoked and no further charges will occur.
Q: Will I be notified before I am charged ₹299?
Yes. Per RBI mandate guidelines, your bank sends you an official SMS notification 24 hours before the quarterly renewal of ₹299 is debited.
